Since viscose is a naturally sourced (regenerated) cellulose fiber, it is sensitive to water and excessive moisture. Please avoid the following: machine washing, washing at home with detergent, scrubbing with a wet brush, and steam cleaning. For daily care, it is sufficient to use a low-suction vacuum cleaner and gently dab any stains with a slightly damp cloth. When storing the prayer rug for an extended period, fold it and keep it in a dry place away from direct sunlight; this will help preserve its silky luster, fine pattern, and vibrant colors for a long time.

Once your order has been prepared, it is handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo and delivered to your door within 1-3 business days after it has been shipped. Returns
If your rug is not what you expected, you can select “Request a return” under My Account › My Orders within 14 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, your return code will be sent to you via WhatsApp. You do not need to take the rug to a shipping branch — you can call the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and request pickup from your address. Return shipping is covered by us.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or an entirely different rug, you can select “Request an exchange” within 14 days. Your new rug will be shipped once the returned rug reaches us; shipping is on us. If there is a price difference, a payment link will be sent to you; if your new selection is less expensive, the difference will be refunded to your card. Custom-size rugs cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
All our rugs are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

When liquid is spilled, timing is the most critical factor. Using a clean, slightly damp cloth, remove the liquid from the surface by gently blotting only, never rubbing. Always work in the direction of the rug's pile (the natural direction in which the fibers lie). Rubbing can damage the shape of delicate fibers such as TENCEL™ and viscose. If you are unsure, stop immediately.
Routine Care and Light Balance
For your weekly cleaning routine, always use vacuum cleaners with low suction power. High-powered upright vacuum cleaners and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance the reaction of natural yarns to light and prevent localized tonal differences (fading), we recommend changing the direction of your rug every 2 to 6 months.

Noble textures such as handwoven fibers, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. Such products can irreversibly damage the rug's silky sheen and structural integrity. For deep cleaning, seek assistance only from professional rug care centers specializing in natural fibers.
Washing Instructions
The exquisite pieces in the Carpetdocia collections are not suitable for machine washing due to their construction. (Only our specific models clearly labeled "Washable" may be washed in household machines using a low-temperature, delicate cycle.)
